Nathan was an amazing technician when he came by. He was able to diagnose the issue and came up with a solution. We do have to wait a few days for the parts to arrive, but it will pay off in the long run. Definitely 5 star treatment. Thanks again!

Found this company on thumbtack. The plumber Eric Lee, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He saved us from a costly mistake. We appreciate his integrity and foresight. A great employee tells me a lot about the employer. We will definitely hire them for future services and we considering getting their monthly membership. Just to safe guard us from future issues. Must admit They’re not cheap and but they’re not super expensive but we believe you get what you pay for. And quality workmanship and peace of mind is worth the price. Thank you the Richardsons

Anthony is a HVAC technician that knows his stuff.. a true young professional at his trade.... Being in his late 20s you would not think so, but he's very professional he has manners and knows what he's talking about. He got our system fixed quickly and professionally. You definitely have one of the best HVAC technicians out there treating well he's got a family and he's a Christian man as well.... By the way I'm leasing this home ReMax realty owns it so I can't really answer the other questions but I can tell you I'm sure it was very positive for everyone.

My day did not start out very well- nothing like waking up with no AC in June. Our Place was able to get someone here today. My tech was Jose Gomez. What a super star. He explained everything, showed me why the part was bad, and really, explained a lot of things to me, which I really appreciate. He was able to fix everything pretty quick. I am so thankful to have the air back on! As a side note, and this is the kind of person Jose is- I couldn't get my car hood open and he opened it for me. Might sound silly to some... but I tried and tried and couldn't do it. Sometimes it's the big things and sometimes just the little things. Jose did them both with a smile. And that is great customer service- and not only retains your customer base, but can add to it. I've already recommended them to someone else. Please clone Jose. P.s. Mike was also very helpful and professional. I'm sorry I did not get his last name.

1000% would recommend this company. After getting many quotes from other companies we went with Our Place because they actually looked at our duct work and discovered that it was fully trashed by some rowdy squirrels. They did a great job! Thank you Jose, Steven, Jonathan, Endy, JD, Nas, Rashat, and Kyle!
